About the event
Our first play reading this year is at the WI hut, Bingham and will focus on 2 scripts.
"Calendar Girls" by Tim Firth, a play based on the true story of a group of extraordinary women who bare all in the name of friendship and charity and also was the basis for the 2003 film with Helen Mirren and Julie Walters. What starts as a quirky plan quickly becomes a national sensation, bringing challenges, media attention, and moments…
